Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from different sources.
• Maintain and update Excel-based databases and trackers.
• Generate business performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and variances.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other formulas.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of MIS reports.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required by management.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good understanding of Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
