Mis Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Track Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Production, Warehouse and Dispatch data.
• Maintain MIS trackers in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Reconcile Zoho Inventory with physical stock and operational records.
• Analyse stock, sales, purchase and production data and identify variances.
• Create dashboards using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, charts and formulas.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Warehouse and Production teams for accurate data.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
• Administration Productivity tracking, attendance, staff records, expense and vendor trackers

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience as an MIS Executive / MIS Analyst.
• Strong Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution or e-commerce preferred.
• Good communication skills; Hindi preferred.
