Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive to support the Wealth Management team through

accurate reporting, data analysis, and timely preparation of management reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Wealth

Management team.

• Track and report AUM, revenue, client acquisition, business performance, targets,

and achievement.

• Maintain accurate databases of clients, RMs, portfolios, and business transactions.
• Prepare performance dashboards and management reports for review by senior

management.

• Track individual and team-wise targets and highlight gaps against business objectives.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by the Wealth team.
• Coordinate with RMs, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders for data collection

and validation.

• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related

field.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, or Operations,

preferably in Wealth Management / Financial Services.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas,

and data management.

• Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet strict reporting timelines.
• Knowledge of Power BI / dashboards will be an added advantage.
