Role Summary:

We're looking for a tech-savvy MIS Executive to automate reporting, build dashboards, and streamline data workflows using Google Sheets, Apps Script, and WhatsApp. You'll turn raw operational data into actionable insights and reduce manual work through automation.

Education: Graduate – IT / Commerce / Statistics / Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, operations, and fleet data

• Build dynamic dashboards, pivot tables, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA in Google Sheets

• Write Google Apps Script (JavaScript) to automate emails, data cleaning, approvals, and form workflows

• Set up WhatsApp automation alerts via WATI/Twilio/Gupshup for daily reports and KPI triggers

• Connect Google Sheets with Google Forms, CRM, Tally via Apps Script/APIs

• Track trends, variances, and KPIs – flag anomalies to leadership

• Identify manual reporting gaps and convert them into automated workflows

• Document SOPs for all automated processes

Requirements & Skills:

• Expert: Google Sheets formulas, charts, dashboards

• Strong: Google Apps Script (JavaScript), APIs, triggers

• Must Have: WhatsApp Business API (WATI / Twilio / Gupshup)

• Good to Have: SQL, Python basics, Looker Studio, Zapier/Make

• Domain experience in logistics, transport, or e-commerce MIS preferred

• Logical thinking, problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail

• Google Workspace certification is a plus
