MIS Executive

• Qualification
• Any Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role preferred.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect and maintain data from different departments.
• Manage and update Excel sheets and databases.
• Prepare sales, attendance, employee, and performance reports.
• Check data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Create dashboards and presentations as required.
• Coordinate with various departments for data collection.
• Track targets, achievements, and team performance.
• Submit reports within the required timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee data.
• Support management with data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIF/COUNTIF, and basic Excel functions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
