Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage MIS reports and dashboards for various business functions
• Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, Excel, project tools)
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project timelines, cost efficiency, vendor performance, and sales metrics
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements
• Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for leadership review
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within business data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles
• Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
• Experience working with databases and data extraction (SQL is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
