Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing sales and customer data, generating

reports, and providing insights to support store operations, marketing, and customer

relationship management. This role will act as a bridge between sales, inventory, CRM,

and management, ensuring that accurate and timely information is always available for

decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales, walk-ins, conversions, and

customer engagement.

• Track inventory movement, popular designs, and fast/slow-moving products.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accuracy.
• Generate insights on customer buying patterns to support marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to analyze performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure accuracy of all MIS reports by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Assist management in forecasting, planning, and decision-making through data.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and dashboards whenever required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Reporting (preferably in retail or luxury sector).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Familiarity with CRM tools / ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
