MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze business data and prepare accurate reports for management.The candidate will be responsible for maintaining MIS reports,tracking daily operational data, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, verify, consolidate, and update data from different departments.
• Maintain accurate records and databases in MS Excel.
• Prepare reports related to sales, operations, inventory, employee performance, targets, and other business activities.
• Monitor and track daily performance against targets and prepare variance reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for corrections.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
• Generate reports and provide data-based insights to management.
• Ensure reports are accurate and submitted within the required timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support management and other departments with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with various teams to collect required information and follow up on pending data.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BMS or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant MIS/reporting experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
