MIS Executive Fleet Operations

Company: Parnami Logistics
Location: Milak Duhai, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: 25,000/- CTC per month
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily MIS, DSR, dispatch and TAT reports.
• Maintain trip sheets, driver advances, diesel slips and toll records.
• Track and follow up for soft and physical PODs.
• Prepare billing data and freight invoice details.
• Handle market vehicle settlements.
• Maintain vehicle records including Insurance, Fitness, Permit and PUC.
• Monitor GPS and vehicle movement.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters and operations team.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel – XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIFS.
• Knowledge of LR/GR, E-Way Bill and transport operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Fleet/Transport MIS will be preferred.
