MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage data, prepare reports, maintain trackers, and support day-to-day MIS activities. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills and good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
• Prepare and maintain various reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other functions for data analysis.
• Check data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Collect and consolidate data from different departments.
• Share reports with management within the required timelines.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates.
• Perform other MIS and reporting tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Excel formulas, and data handling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in MIS, Data Reporting, Back Office, Operations, or Manufacturing/Printing & Packaging industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
