MIS Executive

Job Summary

This role is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between raw data collection and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will manage the flow of information across the organization, ensuring data integrity while producing actionable insights through comprehensive reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

2. Maintain and update master databases, ensuring all records are accurate and synchronized across different platforms.

3. Streamline data collection processes by creating macros or using automated tools to reduce manual entry and human error.

4. Data Analysis & Insights.

5. Analyze historical data to identify patterns, seasonal trends, and operational bottlenecks.

6. Transform complex datasets into easy-to-understand dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.

7. Provide rapid-response data mining and analysis for specific management inquiries or urgent business problems.

8. Data Integrity & Quality Control.

9. Conduct regular data audits to identify garbage data, duplicates, or system-to-physical mismatches.

10. Establish and enforce data entry protocols to ensure consistency across different departments or facilities.

11. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by working closely with operational teams on the ground.

Required Skills

1. Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros) and basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

2. Strong ability to interpret numbers and translate them into business narratives.

3. High level of accuracy in handling large datasets.

4. Ability to present findings to management and coordinate with floor staff for data validation.

Additional Requirements

1. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in MIS Executive or Data Analyst role.

2. Proficiency in Advanced Excel is mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
