MIS Executive

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to commercial vehicle sales and operations.
• Track vehicle enquiries, leads, bookings, retail, wholesale, deliveries, cancellations, and pending orders.
• Maintain and monitor vehicle stock/inventory, including model, variant, chassis number, allocation, billing, and delivery status.
• Prepare sales performance reports for Sales Executives, Branches, Territories, and Dealers.
• Track target vs. achievement and highlight gaps and pending cases.
• Monitor customer enquiries and lead conversion from CRM/DMS systems.
• Prepare reports on finance cases, insurance, registration, and vehicle delivery status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Finance, Service, Logistics, and Management to collect and verify data.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely updating of DMS/CRM/ERP systems.
• Generate reports on pending deliveries, ageing stock, outstanding payments, and documentation.
• Analyze sales trends, product/model performance, and territory-wise performance.
• Support management with dashboards, charts, presentations, and business analysis.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for correction.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Automate repetitive MIS reports wherever possible using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or other reporting tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
