MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with experience in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and presenting management information related to sales, HR, and operations. The role requires strong expertise in generating accurate reports on primary, secondary, and tertiary sales, managing data of stockists, retailers, and promoters, employee tracking, attendance calculation, salary computation, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) related to sales, operations, HR, productivity, and performance.
• Collect, analyze, and report Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Sales data accurately.
• Maintain and manage databases of Stockists, Retailers, and Promoters, including their performance, coverage, and related metrics.
• Track and report sales performance, target vs achievement, product-wise sales, and territory-wise analysis.
• Manage and update Employee Tracking Tools to monitor employee status, movements, and related data.
• Calculate and process Attendance accurately, using biometric, software, or manual systems. Perform Salary Computation based on attendance, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
• Maintain and update employee databases, master data, and related records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources (HRMS, sales portals, Excel, ERP, etc.) to prepare meaningful insights and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Sales, HR, Admin, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and timely report submission.
• Generate customized reports as required by management for decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Identify discrepancies in sales data, attendance, salary, or employee records and resolve them promptly.
• Support process improvements related to sales reporting, stockist/retailer/promoter tracking, attendance, and salary processing.
• Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and analytical reports for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, data validation, macros preferred).
• Hands-on experience in handling Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Sales data and reporting. Experience in managing data related to Stockists, Retailers, and Promoters.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Tracking Tools / HRMS / Systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Attendance Calculation and Salary Computation processes.
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and insightful MIS reports and dashboards.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple reports simultaneously.
• Typing speed of minimum 30 WPM.
• Knowledge of tools such as Google Sheets (preferred).

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field).
• At-least 3 years of relevant experience as MIS Executive, MIS Officer, or in a similar data/reporting role, preferably in FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies.
• Prior experience in sales data analysis (Primary/Secondary/Tertiary), stockist/retailer management, attendance, salary computation, and report generation is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
