Mis Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, prepare, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for banking operations. The candidate will be responsible for data management, reporting, reconciliation, and providing accurate insights to support business and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for banking operations.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Track key operational and business performance metrics.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare dashboards and management reports using MS Excel.
• Monitor productivity, sales, collections, customer service, or operational performance as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required data.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
• Identify trends and highlight deviations or gaps in performance.
• Support management with data-driven insights for operational decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF functions, charts, and data formatting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
• Basic knowledge of banking/BFSI operations will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., or any relevant discipline.
• 13 years of experience in MIS, reporting, operations, banking, NBFC, or BFSI.
• Candidates with strong Excel and reporting skills can also be considered.
