We are looking for a Senior CEIPAL Administrator / End-to-End Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end CEIPAL implementation, configuration, automation, and US Staffing operations.

Prime Physicians and InteliX Systems together, we support US Federal and SLED agencies by delivering healthcare staffing, IT solutions, and proposal management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Ceipal implementation and configuration
• Automate timesheets, payroll, contracts, and staffing workflows
• Manage employee, candidate, client, and vendor processes within Ceipal
• Configure and optimize Ceipal workflows based on business requirements
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Manage system integrations and troubleshoot technical/process issues
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate US Staffing processes
• Work closely with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Operations, and Management teams
• Ensure accurate and efficient data management across the platform

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in any ATS (Preferably CEIPAL) Administration / Implementation / Configuration
• Strong experience with end-to-end Ceipal implementation
• Hands-on experience in workflow automation and system configuration
• Knowledge of US Staffing processes, including timesheets, payroll, contracts, onboarding, and employee management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process-improvement skills
• Ability to independently manage Ceipal and drive automation initiatives
