MIS Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Accounts Department.

2. Prepare and update bill follow-up reports and follow up on pending bills and payments.

3. Maintain outstanding and receivable reports and coordinate for timely payment collection.

4. Perform ledger reconciliation and identify and resolve discrepancies.

5. Check and verify invoices, payments, receipts, accounting entries, and other financial transactions.

6. Prepare Excel reports, statements, summaries, and management reports.

7. Handle Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF

formulas, Conditional Formatting, etc.

8. Prepare outstanding, ageing, collection, payment, and reconciliation reports.

9. Coordinate with the Accounts team for data verification and correction.

10. Assist in monthly closing and other Accounts-related activities.

11. Maintain proper records and documentation of MIS and reconciliation reports.

12. Provide timely and accurate reports to the Accounts Manager / Management.

Required Skills

Good Accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.

Good experience in Ledger Reconciliation.

Experience in Bill Follow-up and Outstanding Receivables.

Knowledge of invoices, receipts, payments, debit/credit, and journal entries.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent qualification with relevant Accounts and MIS experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
