Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical, data-driven MIS Executive with exceptional MS Excel and data management skills. The primary role will be consolidating multi-departmental data, automating daily/monthly reports, maintaining real-time tracking sheets, and providing management with actionable operational analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Automation: Build, maintain, and automate complex daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across Sales, Operations, Site Delivery, and HR.
• Performance & Operations Dashboards: Design interactive dashboards and trackers using advanced formulas to analyze KPIs, staff productivity, and site progress.
• Data Consolidation & Reconciliation: Cleanse, validate, and merge disparate raw datasets from CRM software, attendance apps (e.g., Tanyo), and manual site logs into structured Excel/Google Sheets master files.
• Attendance & Payroll Support: Track daily attendance records, punch-in logs, late comings, and leave metrics to generate monthly payroll inputs.
• Ad-Hoc Business Reporting: Prepare on-demand analytics, variance reports, and trend presentations for management and department leads.

Key Requirements & Technical Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in MIS reporting, data management, and operational analytics.
• Advanced Excel Expertise (Essential):
• Mastery of lookup functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, HLOOKUP).
• Advanced aggregation tools (Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Slicers, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS).
• Data manipulation functions (ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, VSTACK, SORT, UNIQUE, FILTER, TEXT functions).
• Dynamic conditional formatting, data validation rules, nested logical formulas, and basic VBA/Macros (preferred).
• Google Sheets Proficiency: Deep familiarity with cloud collaboration, permissions, and multi-tab automation in Google Workspace.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, data confidentiality, and ability to handle high-volume datasets under tight deadlines.
