Mis Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation and related documentation.
• Prepare and process Sales Orders.
• Maintain procurement and order-related MIS and reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments.
• Ensure timely updating of system records and documentation.
• Monitor pending PRs, POs, GRNs and Sales Orders and follow up for closure.
• Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day procurement operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Procurement MIS / Purchase / Commercial / Order Processing.
• Practical knowledge of PR, PO, GRN and Sales Order processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Experience in SAP/ERP will be preferred.
• Good coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
