Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage company data, prepare reports, maintain records, and support management in daily operational and project-related reporting. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, data management capabilities, and the ability to prepare accurate and timely reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Manage, update, and maintain data related to projects, employees, attendance, and operations.
• Create Excel reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and other relevant formulas.
• Consolidate data received from different departments and project sites.
• Prepare dashboards, summaries, and performance reports for management.
• Monitor data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and organized records of all MIS reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Projects, and other departments for data collection and verification.
• Track project progress, resource utilization, and other operational data as required.
• Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting processes wherever possible.
• Ensure data confidentiality and submit reports within the prescribed timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; preference for B.Com, BBA, BCA, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Practical experience with Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, conditional formatting, data validation, and charts.
• Knowledge of Power BI, dashboards, and basic data visualization will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or project-based organizations will be preferred.
• Ability to handle large datasets and prepare accurate reports independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain data accuracy.
