MIS Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update data in Excel and company systems.
• Collect, verify, and analyze data from various departments.
• Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and management summaries.
• Track production, sales, inventory, attendance, or operational data as required.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
• Automate reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and lookup functions.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of company data.
• Provide analytical reports and insights to management for decision-making.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables).
• Knowledge of MS Office and data management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
