MIS Executive

Job highlights

• Experience with QMS documentation and MIS reporting, knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
• Prepare and analyze quality performance reports, support audits, maintain QMS records, coordinate data collection, and assist in continuous improvement

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to quality performance.

2. Maintain and update QMS records, databases, and dashboards. Analyze rejection, rework, PPM, customer complaints, and CAPA data.

3. Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and documentation.

4. Maintain records of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, customer audits, and quality documents.

5. Generate presentations and management review reports.

6. Coordinate with Production, QA, and Stores for timely data collection.

7. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

8. Maintain Excel-based trackers and automate reports wherever possible.

9. Assist the QMS team in documentation control and continuous improvement initiatives.
