MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
• Collect, compile, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Prepare management reports with meaningful analysis and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Monitor key business metrics and highlight variances or trends.
• Coordinate with various departments for data collection and reporting.
• Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis.
• Maintain records and documentation related to MIS activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Charts, Advanced Formulas).
• Good understanding of data management and reporting.
• Experience with Google Sheets and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience in BFSI, BPO, or service industry reporting.
