MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented MIS cum Inventory Manager with strong experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail operations. The role involves managing MIS reporting, stock planning, warehouse coordination, and ensuring smooth inventory flow across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting:

• Prepare Daily Sales Report (DSR), Stock Report, and Dispatch Reports.
• Generate Sales-wise, location-wise, and category-wise reports.
• Maintain dashboards for sales vs stock analysis.
• Track primary & secondary sales data (especially for FMCG).
• Provide data for management review and decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy of data across ERP / Excel systems.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

• Monitor raw material / finished goods stock (for manufacturing).
• Manage warehouse stock, dispatch planning, and stock transfers.
• Ensure FIFO compliance (important for FMCG products).
• Conduct regular stock audits & physical verification.
• Track expiry, damage, and slow-moving inventory.
• Maintain minimum stock levels & reorder planning.

Coordination & Operations:

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Plan inventory based on demand forecasting & sales trends.
• Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoicing, and stock entries.
• Monitor order processing and timely dispatch.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS dashboards).
• Understanding of supply chain & inventory lifecycle.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail industry is mandatory.

Key KPIs (Performance Indicators):

• Stock accuracy (%)
• Inventory turnover ratio
• Reduction in dead/slow-moving stock
• Timely MIS reporting
• Order fulfillment rate

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Team handling experience (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
