Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage company data, prepare reports, maintain records, and provide accurate information to management for effective decision-making. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Collect, compile, verify, and maintain data from different departments.
• Prepare production, sales, purchase, inventory, and performance reports as required.
• Maintain and update databases, records, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Analyze data and identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Generate dashboards and reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect accurate and timely information.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.
• Perform other MIS-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of ERP software or Power BI will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• A degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or a related field will be preferred.
