Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating data, managing lead allocation, handling CRM operations, and ensuring data accuracy for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and manage daily MIS reports and operational data.
• Assign and distribute leads to the respective sales teams.
• Manage lead tracking and data updates on the CRM portal.
• Monitor lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Identify data discrepancies and maintain proper records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Operations, or a similar role preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data management.
• Familiarity with CRM portals and lead management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to handle large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
