MIS Executive

Job Summary

Support the Production Planning and Operations team with data management, reporting, demand planning analysis, and sales and stock coordination. The role involves preparing timely and accurate MIS reports to support planning decisions, monitor product performance, and ensure smooth coordination between the Production Planning and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production MIS & Reporting

· Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports related to production planning and operations.

· Generate demand planning analysis reports to support production and inventory planning.

· Prepare new product launch sales analysis reports.

· Develop category-wise performance reports to track product performance and sales trends.

· Prepare seasonal requirement planning and tracking reports.

· Maintain and update relevant data, records, and reporting files accurately.

2. Order Tracking & Planning Support

· Track and maintain Dealer Meet orders and provide regular status updates.

· Assist in seasonal planning activities and monitor requirements against planned schedules.

· Support export order processing through data entry, order tracking, and coordination.

· Ensure timely sharing of required information with production planners and team leads.

3. Data Analysis & Documentation

· Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyse operational and sales-related data.

· Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant departments for corrections.

· Maintain proper documentation and ensure the timely submission of reports.

· Undertake additional MIS, data entry, and backend coordination activities as required by the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Any Graduates

2. 1–2 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, production planning support, or a similar role.

3. Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

4. Basic knowledge of Tally and data management.

5. Strong analytical and numerical skills.

6. Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.

7. Effective coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

8. Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
