Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience in preparing MIS reports, maintaining databases, and coordinating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from various departments.

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, sales, purchases, and operational activities.

Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and performance reports.

Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to management.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts, Sales, and Operations teams for data collection.

Identify discrepancies in reports and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare customized reports and presentations as required by management.

Maintain proper documentation and organized databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting.

Advanced MS Excel proficiency is mandatory, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIFS, and data validation.

Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.

Experience with ERP software and Power BI will be an added advantage.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple reports and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
