JOB DESCRIPTION – MIS EXECUTIVE

Department: Operations / MIS
Designation: MIS Officer
Experience: 2–3 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / relevant qualification preferred

Location: Sitarganj

A. MIS Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Collect and consolidate data
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timely submission.
• Maintain historical records and databases for reporting and analysis.

B. Advanced Excel & Data Analysis

• Use MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and Pivot Tables.
• Identify data discrepancies, operational trends, and performance gaps.

C. Manufacturing MIS & KPI Monitoring

• Track production output, productivity, rejection rates, downtime, and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, material consumption, dispatches, and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with department representatives to validate operational data.

D. ERP & Reporting Systems

• Extract and analyse data from ERP or other business applications.

E. Management Coordination

• Submit reports within defined timelines and highlight critical deviations.
• Support management review meetings with accurate reports and presentations

3. Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

4. Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis.
• Preference for candidates with manufacturing-industry experience.
• Hands-on experience in preparing recurring reports and analysing operational data.
• Ability to independently manage reporting requirements and coordinate with multiple departments.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Accuracy and completeness of reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
