MIS Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing reports and dashboards to support business operations and management decision-making. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, data management capabilities, and the ability to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and various departments.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and conditional formatting.
• Identify data discrepancies, reporting errors, and inconsistencies, and ensure timely correction.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, targets, and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, WFM, Finance, and other departments for data collection and reporting.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible to improve efficiency.
• Prepare presentations and management reports as required.
• Ensure timely submission of reports within defined deadlines.
• Support management with data analysis and insights for informed decision-making.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a background in Business Administration, Statistics, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and data validation.
• Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard creation will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
