Job Description

Electronics Bazaar is looking for a MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prepare and manage regular MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from different sources.
• Maintain and update Excel databases and records.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and verification.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Required Skills

• Strong MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
• Must have hands-on knowledge of:
• VLOOKUP
• HLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS
• Sorting and filtering
• Data validation
• Excel reporting and basic dashboards
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Previous experience in MIS, reporting, or data management is preferred.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in MIS/Reporting is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working extensively with Excel and large datasets.
• Male candidates preferred for this role.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 1,400 – 2,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
