- Prepare concise observations that explain what changed, where attention is required and what additional review may be needed.
- Support leadership and operational teams with drill-downs and ad hoc analysis based on approved requirements.

4. Reporting Tools and Automation:
- Use advanced Excel functions, PivotTables, charts, lookups and formulas to build and maintain reporting solutions.
- Use SQL to retrieve, join, filter and summarize data from approved reporting databases.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports or dashboards where assigned and authorized.
- Identify repetitive reporting steps that can be standardized or automated and coordinate improvements with team leadership and automation resources.
- Support controlled automation of report generation and delivery through approved email, folder or FTP processes where applicable.
5. Documentation and Controls:
- Maintain report definitions, data dictionaries, query logic, calculation rules, SOPs, process maps and backup instructions.

- Ensure critical reports have documented quality checks and continuity coverage.
6. Stakeholder Support and Team Collaboration:

- Respond to reporting questions with relevant data, clear explanations and appropriate supporting detail.
- Collaborate with MIS colleagues, Automation Analysts, Operations, Planning, BI and other departments to resolve reporting dependencies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in MIS reporting, operational reporting, data analysis or a comparable role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, conditional formulas, charts and data validation.
