Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal MIS Executive to support the Legal team in MIS reporting, data management, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and process tracking.

The ideal candidate should have good analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a strong understanding of data confidentiality and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update legal MIS, trackers, and case-related records.

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Track case status, documentation, and pending activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate required data.

• Manage communication and coordination with key stakeholders for timely updates and closure of activities.

• Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and proper documentation.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive legal data and documents.

• Ensure secure handling, storage, and sharing of legal information as per company policies.

• Support the Legal team in documentation, record management, and routine reporting activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
