MIS Executive – Machine Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance Records
• Maintain daily records of machine maintenance activities.
• Update servicing, repair, breakdown, and preventive maintenance details.
• Maintain machine-wise maintenance history.
• Maintenance MIS Reports
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Prepare machine-wise maintenance status reports.
• Track machine breakdown and repair activities.
• Prepare reports of machine downtime and running hours.
• Preventive Maintenance
• Maintain the preventive maintenance schedule of machines.
• Track upcoming and completed servicing/maintenance.
• Follow up with the maintenance team for pending activities.
• Spare Parts & Maintenance Expenses
• Maintain records of spare parts used for each machine.
• Record purchase and issue of maintenance spare parts.
• Prepare machine-wise/month-wise maintenance expense reports.
• Data Management
• Enter and update maintenance data in Excel/software.
• Check data accuracy and keep records properly organized.
• Maintain supporting documents, bills, service reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager for required information.
• Follow up on pending maintenance activities and reports.
• Provide required MIS reports to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
