Job Summary

We are looking for a MIS Executive / MIS Analyst who has strong hands-on experience in Google Sheets, Excel, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis and Automation. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, creating automated MIS reports, dashboards and trackers, and developing Google Apps Script-based automation. Basic knowledge of ERP systems and business processes is also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Google Sheets & MIS Reporting

  • Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
  • Prepare automated dashboards, trackers and management reports.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets in Google Sheets.
  • Develop dynamic reports using advanced Google Sheets formulas.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely availability of MIS reports.
  • Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for correction.

  Candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Google Apps Script and should be able to:

  • Automate repetitive MIS activities.
  • Transfer/copy data between Google Sheets automatically.
  • Create automated reports and trackers.
  • Send automated WhatsApp messages from Google Sheets through API integration.
  • Send automated emails based on specific conditions.
  • Create time-based and event-based triggers.
  • Develop automated alerts and notifications.
  • Integrate Google Sheets with third-party APIs.
  • Read/write/update Google Sheet data using Apps Script.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing Apps Script automations.

  Example: If a particular condition is fulfilled in Google Sheets, the system should automatically send a WhatsApp notification to the concerned person through an API.

• ERP Knowledge

  Candidate should have basic to intermediate knowledge of ERP systems and understand common business processes such as:

• Data Analysis & MIS

  • Analyze operational and business data.
  • Prepare management summaries and performance reports.
  • Track pending, completed and delayed activities.
  • Create department-wise and employee-wise performance reports.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare exception reports.
  • Identify trends, gaps and data inconsistencies.
  • Convert raw data into meaningful management information.

• Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify manual processes that can be automated.
  • Suggest improvements in existing MIS systems.
  • Reduce manual data entry and repetitive reporting work.
  • Develop automated alerts, reminders and notifications.
  • Maintain documentation of formulas, scripts and reporting processes.
  • Work closely with business, ERP, IT and other departments for automation requirements.

• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets

• Strong knowledge of SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE and other advanced formulas

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with qualifications in B.Com, BBA, BCA, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields will be preferred.
