Reporting To: Manager – MIS

Junior MIS Executive

Experience: 2+ Years

• Handle TA/DA, expense and incentive verification.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain Distributor (DB) Master and employee data.
• Manage DMS & SFA data, sales reports and validation.
• Coordinate with Sales, HR and Finance for data accuracy.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
• DMS & SFA experience knowledge.

Senior MIS Executive

Experience: 5+ Years

• Independently manage MIS, DMS & SFA operations.
• Verify TA/DA, incentives, reimbursements and expenses.
• Manage DB Master, sales data and incentive calculations.
• Prepare analytical MIS and management reports.
• Reconcile data between DMS, SFA, Finance and HR.
• Handle TA/DA & incentive automation and process improvement.

Skills Required:

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
• Hands-on DMS & SFA experience is mandatory.
