Location: China Mandir, Lake Town, Kolkata.
Salary: Based on interview performance and relevant experience

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain MIS/data related to DDU-GKY projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain trainee, batch, attendance, assessment, placement, and other project-related data.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
• Coordinate with Center Managers, Mobilizers, Trainers, and other project teams for data collection.
• Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain project documentation and records as required.
• Prepare reports for management and project authorities as required.

Required Qualification & Skills

• Must have experience in the DDU-GKY sector.
• Previous experience in MIS/data management in a skill development organization is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
