Job Description: MIS Executive (Store & Dispatch)- Food Industry

Location: Sonipat, Haryana

Salary: ₹24,000 per month CTC

Position: MIS Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from different departments.
• Maintain accurate records of store inventory, stock movement, dispatches, and receipts.
• Prepare Excel reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies in records.
• Generate reports related to sales, production, inventory, and dispatch operations.
• Maintain stock registers, inward and outward records, and dispatch trackers.
• Coordinate with the Store, Dispatch, Production, and Accounts departments.
• Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation of operational data.
• Maintain and update databases and records as per company requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream; B.Com/BBA preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Store, or Dispatch operations.
• Technical Skills: Good command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Other Skills: Data analysis, reporting, coordination, accuracy, and attention to detail.
