MIS Executive (System Support & Programming)

About the role

De Luxe Circle Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented MIS Executive to join our MIS team. As the MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's information systems and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing retail environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Programming, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancement according to business requirements.
2. Maintain, support, and troubleshoot CCTV, alarm, POS systems, network infrastructure, software applications, and other IT equipment.
3. Conduct monthly inspections of IT equipment at all outlets to ensure proper operation.
4. Troubleshoot issues, take corrective actions, and report to the MIS Manager.
5. Provide user training and technical support when required.
6. Meet with users to understand requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
7. Support outlet activities such as stock take and sales operations.
8. Monitor assigned projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
9. Provide remote POS system support during weekends and public holidays when necessary.
10. Update and follow up on the System Support Request Log to ensure all requests are resolved promptly.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user support, network troubleshooting, and system administration.
2. Knowledge of programming, system enhancement, and troubleshooting is required.
3. Knowledge of accounting software and retail management systems is an added advantage.
4. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent working experience.
5. Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.
