About the role
We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to support reporting and Workforce Management (WFM) operations for a UK Financial Account. The role will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, analyzing operational data, and providing accurate information to support business decisions.

- Provide accurate information to support business decisions
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in reporting/MIS
- At least 2 years of experience supporting contact center or WFM operations
- Experience with Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules aligned with UK time
