Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or Computer Science
- 2–4 years of MIS/Reporting experience
- At least 2 years supporting Contact Center or WFM Operations
- Experience in Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of Contact Center/WFM metrics is an advantage
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules
Immediate or short-notice candidates are highly preferred.
