MIS Head

• Maintain daily records of all vehicles operating in the mine.
• Track vehicle meter readings (KM / Hour meter).
• Monitor and record diesel consumption for each vehicle.
• Maintain diesel issue register and vehicle log sheets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Identify abnormal diesel consumption and report to management.
• Maintain vehicle-wise fuel efficiency data.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and fuel station staff for accurate data collection.

The MIS Head will be responsible for establishing and managing the complete Management Information System (MIS) for the Company's Coal Mine Tender Operations.

The position will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing and reporting operational and commercial data related to coal excavation, production, overburden removal, transportation, diesel/fuel consumption, heavy earth-moving machinery, equipment utilization, vehicle movement, manpower, maintenance, dispatch and project costs.

The MIS Head shall ensure that management receives accurate, timely and actionable information for monitoring production, productivity, fuel consumption, equipment performance, transportation efficiency and overall tender/project profitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
