MIS Incharge

The MIS Incharge ensures that workshop productivity, repair order (RO) tracking, parts consumption, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction data are accurately recorded, analyzed, and presented to the Service Manager.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports (number of job cards opened, closed, pending, and billed).Track workshop efficiency, technician productivity, and bay utilization. Monitor vehicle and insurance policy data, tracking upcoming or expired insurance and service renewals.Audit open job cards to prevent aging or unclosed repair orders. Maintain logs of warranty replacements, pending manufacturer approvals, and part returns. Coordinate with the Spare Parts Manager to track fast-moving parts, dead stock, and parts requisition trends against service demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or Business Administration. Generally 2 to 5+ years of experience, ideally within an automobile dealership, workshop, or service center environment. Good cross-functional communication to coordinate with service advisors, floor supervisors, and parts teams.
