What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field
- 5–8+ years of IT infrastructure experience. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Experience supporting a 24/7 or production-critical environment is an advantage.
- Understand network TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing/Switching, Firewall, VPN wireless networking, windows servers active directory, DHCP, virtualization. Strategic IT infrastructure, Problem -solving and analytical thinking, vendor and contract management, risk management, ability to work under production-critical condition understanding in business continuity planning.
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
- Coordinate with ISP and telecommunications providers
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, application servers, and authentication infrastructure
- Maintain data center availability, environmental controls, power protection, and physical security
- Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, specifications, and technical requirements
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
