Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Manage, update, and maintain data using MS Excel.
• Create and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Perform data entry, data validation, and data reconciliation.
• Use Excel formulas to organize, analyze, and summarize data.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Assist the team with other MIS-related activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and data filtering.
• Basic understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
