MIS Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Staff to support the company's IT infrastructure, network systems, and technical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems, providing technical support to end users, and assisting in IT improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of Windows Servers, client devices, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPN-IPsec, and remote access technologies.
• Support system security measures, backup processes, and disaster recovery activities.
• Maintain and update user accounts, system access permissions, and IT asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related concerns and equipment servicing.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, incidents, and system updates.
• Assist in implementing IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Provide support for ERP systems and other business applications.
• Perform routine system monitoring, maintenance, and preventive checks.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, networking, or IT infrastructure.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
• Windows Server Administration
• Network Infrastructure
• TCP/IP
• Routers and Switches
• Firewall Management
• VLAN Configuration
• VPN-IPsec
• Remote Access Technologies
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to provide on-site technical support when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP system support or implementation.
• Experience in website maintenance or development.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
