MIS Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and performance reports.
• Monitor key business KPIs, targets, achievements, and variances.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across all MIS reports.
• Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies or gaps.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments for timely data collection.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
• Maintain databases, trackers, and master data.
• Analyze trends and provide meaningful insights to management.
• Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of reports.
• Support management with data-driven analysis for business planning and decision-making.

Technical Skills

• Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF functions, charts, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
