MIS Manager (IT implementation)

• Lead and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations to ensure reliable and efficient performance.
• Manage ERP implementation, system maintenance, enhancements, and end-user support activities.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals and operational requirements.
• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, data protection, backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and system compliance.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to internal users.
• Ensure the stability and availability of servers, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Develop IT budgets, manage technology assets, and optimize IT resources.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8–10 years of IT experience.

• Experience in IT management or team leadership roles.

• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation.

• Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity.

• Experience managing IT vendors, technology projects, and system implementations.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

• Experience in manufacturing or trading industries is an advantage.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant qualifications.

• Experience leading ERP implementation, digital transformation, or IT improvement projects.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, IT governance, and compliance standards.
