Mis Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and product master data.
• Generate reports related to sales performance, targets, achievements, and outstanding orders.
• Prepare sales dashboards and analytical reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Dispatch, and Production teams for data collection and report generation.
• Verify the accuracy of sales data and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor order status and support the sales team with required information.
• Prepare reports for management review and business planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of sales and business information.
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and management updates.
• Support process improvements related to sales reporting and data management.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

• B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc. / Any Graduate.
• 3 years of experience in Sales MIS, MIS Reporting, Sales Coordination, or Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Charts, Data Validation).
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM software such as Zoho, SAP, or Tally will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
