MIS specialist / Senior Manager

• • Prepare and analyze monthly MIS Reports and Quarterly & Annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
  • Ensure financial reports comply with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and SEBI requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budget reports.
  • Support the monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Perform variance analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable insights for management.
  • Assist with external audits / Internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed.
  • Maintain financial reporting systems and ensure data integrity, accuracy.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for management, board meetings, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of financial reporting processes and controls.
  • Preparation & Monitoring of Annual Budget.
