About the Role
MIS FTE Associate will be responsible for preparing daily operational reports related to bus operations, fleet performance, and driver data management at depot locations.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Track bus fleet utilization and operational KPIs.
• Maintain driver attendance, roster, trip, and productivity data.
• Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
• Prepare management presentations in PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards)
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Data analysis and reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline with strong Excel skills and candidates with 2-8 years of MIS experience may apply.
